SARAHYSHA - BY TATO BELLINI AND MR. GABRIEL MARQUES

In 2013, me and my friend Sarahysha, who is an amazing AfroJazz performer, decided to collaborate with the brazilian photographer Tato Bellini to create a brand new photoshoot for her so she can post on her social media. I was responsable for the Art Direction (post artwork on photos) and Tato took the photos. We all collaborated with production, we got the outfit in a thrift shop where our friend Guilherme Klein worked.  

All the art directions were inpired in the moment by the production elements and Sarahysha´s energy, purely brought up from our hearts. Me and Tato also did the make up. We didn't plan the video, while we were working on the photos I filmed some shots with my phone to have a couple of scenes from that afternoon, and decided to edit when I saw the footages later on.

In this video Sarahysha performs and pays a homage to the MPB bossa nova song "Corcovado" written and originally performed by Tom Jobim, she sings and her fiancee plays the guitar.
